Buyer Responsibilities
For the health guarantee to remain valid, we ask all new puppy owners to provide responsible care after adoption.
Buyer responsibilities include:
- Taking the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy for a wellness examination.
- Providing quality food, clean water, and proper daily care.
- Keeping vaccinations and deworming schedules current.
- Providing a safe, loving, and healthy home environment.
- Seeking prompt veterinary attention if any health concerns arise.
Failure to provide proper care or veterinary follow-up may void portions of the health guarantee.
Conditions Not Covered
While we work hard to provide healthy puppies, some conditions may not be covered under the health guarantee, including:
- Illness or injury caused by accidents, neglect, improper care, or environmental factors.
- Stress-related issues caused by relocation or transition into a new home.
- Conditions caused by failure to follow veterinary recommendations.
- Minor treatable issues that may occur during adjustment.
