Deposits
All deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable. A deposit secures your selected puppy and removes the puppy from availability for other families. Refund Policy
Health Guarantee
We take the health of our puppies seriously. All puppies are checked by a licensed veterinarian and come with up-to-date vaccinations and health records before going to their new homes. Refund Policy
If a licensed veterinarian confirms a serious health issue within the agreed health guarantee period, buyers must notify us immediately and provide official veterinary documentation for review.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
✔ If the reserved puppy becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances
✔ If we are unable to fulfill the purchase agreement
✔ In cases covered under our written health guarantee terms
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
✘ Change of mind after purchase
✘ Family or personal circumstances
✘ Allergies or landlord restrictions
✘ Failure to properly care for the puppy after delivery
✘ Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
Replacement Option
In some approved cases, instead of a refund, buyers may be offered the option to choose another available puppy of equal value.
